Idaho Advantage Property Management requires that tenants earn 2.5 x monthly rent as a combined household income.
All adults that will be living in the home will be screened with credit, background, and eviction reports upon applying for a property.
We do not accept applicants with an eviction in the last 10 years. If you have questions about your credit, please contact us before applying.
We have many properties that allow pets in the home. The following dog breeds are prohibited:
**Service and support animals are welcome in all rentals with proper documentation.
